MOCK PECAN PIE
1 cup light Karo corn syrup
1 cup sugar
3 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chunky style peanut butter
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Combine all ingredients in a bowl mixing well. Pour into the pie shell.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 35 minutes.
