ISO: assembling cake into different animal shapes

Many years ago I had and have lost, a book that showed how to make children's cakes by cutting into different shapes a cooked and cooled cake, i.e., two round cakes to make an easter bunny, a 13x9? to cut up and make a rocking horse, etc. Can anyone tell me where to look for pictures and directions? Thank you.
