ISO: Baby dumpling squash

Hi! I just love baby dumpling squash and want to find a special recipe for it to share at Thanksgiving. I always just bake it and pop a little Molly McButter on the top. But I'm wondering if anyone out there has any ideas to make it more special and memorable? Thanks!
