ISO: Baccala

Misc.


Looking for a recipe for a stewed baccala in heavy cream. Other ingrediants were olive oil and garlic but there may have been others. It was a dish that my grandmother made and served with polenta. She also called it stocco fish. I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks so much.
