Recipe(tried): Baccaloa

Misc.
Baccaloa is very easy to make the "proper Portuguese style"
Boil your Baccaloa till you can stick a knife in easily in the thickest part of the fish.
Put in 2 eggs into the same water, boil eggs for about 8 minutes till hard.

Baccaloa is then served with boiled baby potatoes, black olives, the eggs sliced and out ontop of the fish.
Have some fresh garlic cloves soaked in olive oil and put about 2 cloves ontop of the fish with some of the oil dribbled over the fish.

This goes down very well with my customers in the Portoguese Restaurant where I am the Kitchen Manager.
