ISO: Bahama Breeze Ancho Chicken w/ fried yucca

I am looking for the recipe for a chicken dish served at Bahama Breeze restaraunt called Ancho chicken. It is a grilled chicken breast served over red, green peppers, onions, asparagus spears, and fried yucca. The sauce is a red sauce and with spoons of chimichurry sauce also.
