ISO: Balsamic Grilled Chicken with Peppers and Onions like Cheesecake Factory

I just had this amazing dish from Cheesecake Factory, Grilled Chicken Medallions. There are three chicken medallions on top of a bed of peppers and onions all topped with a savory balsalmic vinaigrette sauce, served with a side of their mashed potatoes (if you have this recipe too, i would appreciate it!). If anyone could help me out I would be so greatful! Thanks a bunch!
