ISO: Beacon Hill Cookies

Misc.
(They were chocolate cookies covered in chocolate.) Talk about decadent!!!
I have a friend whose late mother used to make these cookies fifty or sixty years ago. He is looking for the recipe. He grew up in New Hampshire.
Thank you. Any help would certainly be appreciated.
