ISO: beef? dip in a bread bowl

hi all! looking for an appetizer dip that is served in a hallowed out sour dough bread bowl. it seems to taste like corned beef(?) also has mayo and/or sour cream. served cold and the pulled out bread is used for dippers.
hope someone knows what i am requesting!
