ISO: Betty's Salad Recipe

I am seeking a simple recipe but have not been able to find it online. I know that the salad has water chestnuts (sliced), bean sprouts and spinach leaves. Its the rest of the ingredients I can't remember. I would like a dressing recipe too, although I know you can buy it at the supermarket, as well. I believe it is marketed under Paul Newman label. Thanks a lot.
