ISO: biscuits with corned beef filling - a recipe from my childhood

Misc.
I am trying to find a recipe for something my mother made when I was a child but nobody in my family seems to remember what it was. She called it corned beef patties (or maybe paddies), but it was not a patty of any sort.
She would make a dough of bisquick and roll it fairly thin, cut it into squares and place the squares into muffin tins. The filling is the part I am having a problem remembering. I believe she used corned beef hash but am not certain of that. She would mix tomatoes or tomato sauce of some sort into it, put some filling into each dough square and pull the corners up, pinch them together and bake.
Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!
