ISO: Black Angus fried zuchinni with cucumber sauce

Last night we went to the Black Angus and had their wonderful fried zuchinni with cucumber sauce. The coating on the zuchinni was so good and crunchy. I would love to have this recipe on hand for the upcoming holidays. Thanks everyone !!
