Recipe: Orange Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

ORANGE VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING

"Bright orange flavored dressing is great on salad greens or a fresh fruit salad."

1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Mazola Corn Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons freshly grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Combine orange juice, oil, garlic, orange rind and pepper in jar with tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake well.

Chill for at least 1 hour for best flavor.

SUGGESTED SALAD:
Romaine, toasted almonds, red onions and blue cheese

Makes 2/3 cup
