ISO: Bread Machine White Bread (large) - altitude problem
Misc.We have been making all kinds of different breads and rolls. Everything worked very fine until we moved from Langley,B.C. to Logan Lake B.C. The elevation in Langley is about 70'-100' above sea level. Logan Lake is around 3500' feet above sea level. When we make bread up here in Logan Lake using the same recipes , all that happens is a hard lump at the end of the mixing/baking procedure. Our bread maker is Sanyo Bread Maker Model # SBM20 Serial # 00000645. Could you possibly give us a solution to getting back to making those wonderful loaves of bread again?
