LAZY DAISY CAKE
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 cup rice or soy or plain milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/8 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175C). Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan.
Beat sugar and oil until smooth. Beat liquids. Beat in dry ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175C) for 30 minutes.
