ISO: Brown Sauce?
Misc. For years when I used some of my favorite Chinese recipes I used a product called Brown Sauce, or Bead Molasses. I think it was a La Choy product. It added a nice brown color to fried rice and other dishes and also a subtle flavor that I cannot seem to equal even with thicker soy sauce. Does anyone know where I can find this product or a substitute for it?
