Thanks Elly. I apologize for taking so long to read this, but I've been away from the keyboard for a bit. I too wrote to LaChoy and I bet you'll get the same response. They don't make it anymore, but suggest using 1/2 cup molasses and 1/2 teasp. Soy Sauce in place of the bead molasses. Haven't tried it out yet, but hope to over the holidays--Turkey Chow Mien is a favorite of my son's, so will give it a shot! Thank you for your persistence, and happy holiday!
