ISO: Butter fudge
Misc.I bought a box of "butter fudge" that was imported from Canada. Store only carried them as a one-time deal.
It tasted wonderful - the taste of butter was definitely there, but not overpowering, with a hint of caramel/praline . I have search-engined high & low looking for a similar recipe. Most non-chocolate fudge recipes I have found were for white chocolate, peanut butter, maple, or citrus. Nice but not what I've been craving! Store only carried them as a one-time deal.
It was nut-free, and the only ingredients listed were butter, sugar, cream (I think) corn syrup and salt.
Anyone have a fudge recipe that sound like this??
