
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
2 eggs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 cup cut-up pecans
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry crust
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix sugar, flour and salt together. Stir in corn syrup. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust.
Bake 50 minutes, or until firm. Cool before serving.
Makes 1 (9-inch) pie
