ISO: Buttercup Bake Shop Red Velvet Cake recipe jennifer appel

Misc.

I have tried the Magnolia red velvet cake and it is very good but I would really like the Jennifer Appel Buttercup Bakery recipe for Red Velvet and compare ingredients.

I know that they used to own Magnolias together but when I search for Jennifer's I only come up with the magnolia recipe.

Can someone kindly post it from the cookbook?

Much Thanks
