ISO: Camping Recipe for Beef Rice Stew

Misc.
I'm looking for a good recipe for thick hearty beef rice stew to cook when I next go camping. If anybody can help me I'd be very glad. Last time I went camping and made "stew" but it was to thin to even be considered thick soup.

Sincerely, Nosphaer
