ISO: Camping recipes for fussy eaters

Misc.

Just returned from Girl Scout camp with my 11 yr old daughter. I need simple, straight-forward recipes for dinner. In foil packets or one pot meals would be good. The leader had everyone contribute 2 cans of vegetables & got that plus pineapple, vegetable soup & chick peas. Several of the children refused to eat. I have collected Pita Pizza in foil, Hobo Foil dinner, & Chicken and Rice Dinner in foil. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
