ISO: Candied jalapenos

Galen, Thank you for your response. I'm currently in Chicago but from New Orleans. I was told that if you want to make a jelly, you can reserve the liquid and add it to the jar. Is that not currect? Due to the amount of viniger I would think it would have at least a 1 to 2 yr. shelf life, and not be placed in the frig.
