Recipe: Green Slime (spinach dip using cream cheese and salsa)

GREEN SLIME

Serve with Skeleton Bread (see recipe).

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed, drained, squeezed dry
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mild salsa
2 green onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree.

Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until thickened slightly. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.

Makes 2 Cups
