ISO: Caroline Dream Cake Recipe

I read in the Enquirer about a woman from the Carolinas who won more than 2,800 ribbons and prizes. One cake mentioned was her Carolina Dream Cake. Does anyone have the recipe for this cake. Thank you so much - my mom of 87 asked me to find it for her on the internet. She lives in Texas and still bakes up a storm.
