ISO: Carolyn - Raspberry Loaf Cake Recipe?

Misc.
In your post you mentioned a raspberry loaf cake, and since I love anything raspberry, I'm wondering if you could post your recipe.

Jackie - I'd love to try your pablano chicken, but afraid DH would rebel at the "heat". It's strange, because he can eat hot Italian sausage, or hot Italian peppers, but NOT anything Mexican, Cuban or Spanish, even mildly spicy.

Hope everyone's enjoying their summers - Jackie, we're dealing with the same rain here on Cape Cod - it's been a very strange and wet summer so far. The Cape is really struggling this year for business - what with gas and it raining so much, the tourist traffic is down a lot.

Love, June
