June, I'm so sorry, but I don't have a recipe for the loaf cake;

it popped itself up from the murky depths of my deep freeze when I was searching for some chicken.

I don't have a tried-and-true to pass thru to you, either...at any rate, there is very little baking going on in these parts what with the temps up above 100!

I love raspberries, too! It is such a short season, but I have already put a couple of bags into the freezer, as well as made a number of things with the fresh ones, yum!
