ISO: carrot cake (with pineapple, raisins, coconut) and cream cheese frosting with toasted coconut

Misc.
I am looking for a carrot cake recipe that my father had cut out of a magazine about 20-25 years ago. The recipe called for carrots, crushed pineapple, raisins and coconut. The frosting was made of cream cheese and it also had toasted coconut in it. He recently passed away and we could not find his recipe. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me because everyone in our family loves it and have not been able to duplicate it.

It seems to me that it would have been in one of the home subsciption magazines like Redbook, McCalls, Good Housekeeping, etc. HELP
