ISO: Cheese Triangles

I'm looking for a receipe for cheese triangles (not sure if that is the correct name). I bought these from a Greek Church bake sale in Mississippi once. It is phillo dough with some sort of cheese mixture inside...they were wonderful! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
