ISO: Chewy chocolate chip oatmeal cookie - baking problem
Misc.Hello,
I am making a known good cookie recipe that a friend gave me.. I didn't change a thing. Why is the bottom cooking faster that the rest of the cookie? I've had this problem since moving into this home.. my oven is a Whirlpool, Built-in Electric it has and ACCUBAKE Temperature Management System which seems to be the reason that I'm having trouble. Any recommendations? I've used different racks, set the temp higher or lower depending on my situation, read and re-read the manual...
