ISO: chicken and dumplings made without vegetables

i would like to find a recipe for chicken and dumplings. I don't like the ones with vegetables in them. In elementary school we used to have Old Fashion Day and they used to make chicken and dumplings like that and give to all the kids. this is the recipe i'm looking for.
