ISO: Chicken Roll (poached, 1970's)

I would like to find a recipe that i have lost. It was in a woman's magazine in the mid' 70s and consisted of several chicken breasts pounded together to form a sheet then filled with bread crumbs, scrambled egg, wine cheese, Italian sausage, mortadella. It was rolled in cheese cloth and I believe poached in wine.
