ISO: Chicken Salad pie

I am looking for a chicken salad pie recipe. I know you put the chicken salad (which includes pineapple) into a pre-baked pie crust. The topping is a mixture of cool whip and mayonnaise.
Has any heard of this recipe, and if so, would you be willing to share it.
I heard it made a great lucheon main course.
