ISO: Chicken stuffed poblano chilies w/ baja sauce.

I am looking for the recipe for a chicken stuffed poblano chili. It has shredded chicken and is breaded and fried. then covered with baja sauce. I have tried this dish at Macayo's in Arizona and also at Posado's in Hurst, TX. I need breading and fryin instructions and the baja sauce recipe mostly.
