ISO: Chinese Restaurant-Style Deep Fried Doughnuts

Misc.
Hi, I am looking for the recipe for Doughnuts that I had at a Chinese Resturant. I know that they are Deep Fried and they had a sugar, cinnamon coating outside. They were not made with biscuits I do that. Also I know they had flour and you could cook them right away there was no chilling time. Please help me with this recipe.
