Recipe(tried): Honey Dressing

Salads - Salad Dressings
This is my all-time favorite.

HONEY DRESSING

1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon finely minced onion
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup oil
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and mustard together until smooth. Add honey, sugar, onion and parsley. Slowly beat in oil until well blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Makes 2 cups
