ISO: chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream

Misc.
I'm looking for a recipe for chocolate chip cookie
dough ice cream (or just the dough that I can add
to ice cream. All the recipes I have seen use
refridgerated cookie dough (Nestle or Pillsbury)
and I am wary of using those since they are not
meant to be eaten uncooked. Does anyone know of
a recipe thats safe?
