ISO: Chocolate Coated Bon Bons made with mashed potatoe

Deb here is a wonderful recipe for bon bons with mashed potatoes.

3/4 cup mashed potatoes (instant really good)
4 cup coconut
1 pound powder sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract

combine ingredients and roll into desired size ball. refigerate until hard

chocolate coating:

2 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon corn syrup
3 tablespoon water
1 package "powder" fudge frosting mix

Heat coating over a double boiler to keep from setting while dipping bon bons!
