ISO: Christmas dinner side dish

Hi, Does anyone know of an alternative I can make instead of brussels sprouts at Christmas time? You know how there's always complaints about sprouts, well I'd like to avoid that this year but yet still create something healthy and nutritious. Thanks for your help and advice. OWEN
