ISO: claim jumper's gold rush chicken

Looking for Claim Jumper receipe for gold rush chicken, It seems to be between a mushroom sauce with cheese in it. I'm not a really experienced cook but I'm trying and my husband and I just love this chicken dish. Thanks for any help.
