ISO: Clotted cream, please

I have recently been to England and all who have tried clotted cream will know what I am asking for. We do not have anything even comparable in the US. I would appreciate a good recipe for clotted cream - REAL clotted cream, the kind you have to heat up to make.

I am also looking for the recipe for English flapjacks (a cookie). Any help would be great.
