ISO: Coconut Cookie Recipe

I just had a great cookie: coconut "Mounds-like" filling surrounded by chocolate brownie (not coated in melted chocolate). Anyone have the recipe for these? They were flat on the bottom and appeared a bit "swirled" on the top, as if the brownie portion came out of a cookie gun or press.
