Recipe: Mounds Chocolate Cupcakes and Peter Paul Mounds Cake (using brownie mix)

PETER PAUL MOUNDS CAKE

1 box Duncan Hines Chewy Brownie Mix
24 large marshmallows
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
14 oz. coconut
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips

Bake brownies as directed on box using a 13x9-inch pan. Cool.

Cook marshmallows, sugar, and milk together until marshmallows are melted.

Remove from heat and add coconut; cool. Spread over baked brownies.

Melt chocolate chips and spread over marshmallow mixture. If you desire can cut in squares and decorate each square with maraschino cherry.
