ISO: Coconut cookie recipe

My husband's Grandmother use to make a coconut cookie which I believe went something like, 1 C coconut, 1 C flour, 1 C sugar, etc. "One" cup of most ingredients. The cookies were pretty flat and crisp-tender. Grammy passed on many years ago and I sure wish I had her recipe. Does anyone know of a recipe similar to what I mentioned?
