ISO: Concha - Mexican Pastry

I've been looking for a while for the recipe to make "conchas", they're a Mexican pastry I used to love as a child but haven't been able to find.

All I know is that it's a round pastry made with a lot of eggs (pan de huevo), and that the decorations in the top is made of flour with sugar and oil.

If anybody might be able to help, I'd appreciate it a bunch.
