ISO: Confetti Chicken

Misc.
Hi,

Several years ago, I had a recipe called Confetti Chicken from the "Famous Brand Names Cookbook". I believe the first one. I am unable to find my cookbook, and I had made this for a friends wedding shower, and she just request, I make it again. Any help will and is greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
