ISO: Cookie Cake and Icing like Great American Cookie Co.

My daughter is having her 16th birthady party and wants a cookie cake from the Great American Cookie co. and I can not find their icing recipe or the chocolate chip cookie recipe either. If you have them please post them. I would greatly appreciate it.
