ISO: cookie recipes for cookie press

I just bought a cookie press that I am excited to use to make holiday gift cookies, and I am looking for some good recipes to use! If possible, I would prefer any lower-fat recipes. I'd also appreciate any tips on using the cookie press. Can I use any kind of cookie dough in the press, or does it have to be the kind you refrigerate?
