ISO: cooking for 300 kids for dry grad party

Hi, my first time in a chat room - need help. I am chairing a committee to feed 300 grade 12 students at their dry grad party in May. I am wondering about quantities of roast beef and vegetables to feed the students..We are getting donations from the community but need to come up with quantities. Anyone!
