ISO: Cracker Barrel's Breakfast cassarole

Misc.

While we were traveling last summer, we stopped at a Cracker Barrel for
Breakfast and I had a wonderful cassarole with eggs, potatoes. and cheese.

I was wondering if anyone else has tried this and knows how to make it.
